We’re the owners of a beautiful miniature brown poodle, who is now 11 years old and has a very strong personality and is usually difficult to groom. Joanne has a perfect understanding of him and grooms him to show standard, which is admired by all who see him.
She manages him without distressing him, and he is quite happy to go there. We go regularly and have done since she opened her salon and are always delighted with the perfectly groomed dog we get back.
Joanne is a very happy, pleasant, understanding groomer with a very good caring attitude to all the dogs she works with. We would highly recommend her.

I just wanted to drop a line to say how thoroughly impressed we are with your service. Billy has never had such a good clip. I really feel that after using at least 10 other groomers in the past you are by far and away the best we have been to. Added to that you were both so kind and caring towards Billy, who is a bit of a nervous nellie anyway, and so professional and fast I don’t think he realised half of what you were doing. We will most definitely only be coming to you from now on, and can’t thank you enough for taking such good care of my boy.
